We run and facilitate wellness sessions for teams and individuals through the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP). Hosted both online or face to face, CHIP is an intensive lifestyle medicine intervention designed to prevent, slow, and may even reverse common lifestyle diseases.
This evidence-based program has generated over 40 published scientific papers showing a measurable impact on clinical results.
CHIP introduces scientifically tested and validated principles that prevent, slow, and may facilitate the reversal of many chronic diseases.
Making lifestyle changes can be easier when you are in it with others, sharing your experiences and challenges, and importantly celebrating your successes.
Proper nutrition can have positive effects on mental health, including improved mood, focus, and reduced anxiety. In the workplace, this translates to improved focus, clearer decision-making, and better problem-solving abilities.
A balanced diet can improve energy levels, speed up recovery, and reduce the risk of injury.
CHIP is exclusively available for groups of 6 – 10 people. Larger groups may be accommodated in face-to-face facilitation — please contact us to see if your group is eligible.
The program has 19 sessions, conducted fully online over a 12-week period.
CHIP introduces scientifically tested and validated principles in preventing, arresting and facilitating the reversal of many chronic diseases. This includes Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, Hypertension, Obesity and certain Cancers.
Many diseases are not driven by infections and viruses, but by poor behavioural choices. As such, they can often be prevented, slowed, or even reversed by a change in lifestyle. This is referred to as “lifestyle medicine”, and that’s what CHIP is based on.
From diet and exercise to building mental wellbeing, social connectedness, sense of agency and meaning, CHIP covers the biggest life areas. This fully-facilitated program supports and guides participants with videos, a textbook, cookbook, workbook and peer-group support.
CHIP also captures and measures real changes in key biometrics and wellbeing scores through pre-and post-program Health Risk Assessments and blood analysis. This is not compulsory, however, if participants would like to proceed with these assessments, the results will be personal and private. They will not be shared with Marion or anyone else in the group (unless you want to share them).
The cost of the program for groups and teams will be discussed and determined during our initial appointment. The cost for individuals who wish to enrol in a public program will be advertised along with the start date of the program.
